Q. Where is my order?

We work hard to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way. Delivery times:

• U.S.: 3-5 business days
• International: Up to 14 business days

Q. How much and how often should I take Primera?

Take 2 capsules daily and do not exceed the recommended dose. Consistency is key! You can take both capsules together or separately within the same day. We would recommend it together for simplicity.

Q. Can men use Primera?

Yes! While Primera was formulated with women’s needs in mind, men can also benefit from its ingredients. We encourage giving it at least 60 days to experience the full effects.

Q. Can I take Primera on an empty stomach?

Yes! It is okay on an empty stomach, but if you're more sensitive like Alex is, just eat something before taking them.

However, before you give up on Primera, many of our customers have found that small adjustments—like taking it with food, staying hydrated, or giving it a bit more time—help maximize results.
